Vimy Dinner Apr 2017

On Apr 3rd, 2017 the Regimental Council hosted an event to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge. Held at the Aurora Legion, this event brought together many serving and former members of the Regiment and others from the community. The Honorable Peter McKay, former Minister of Defence was the guest speaker at this non-partisan celebration. Other significant guests included the former Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, His Honor David Onley and his wife, Her Honor Ruth Ann Onley, seen above with the Onley's son, Lois Brown, former MP for Aurora-Newmarket, the guest speaker and Sam Billich, a former Ranger.
