Helicopter was a NODUF emergency medivac. A cougar Troop Leader pulled up in a line leaguer and forgot to unload his gun. While the crews were on top of their vehicles resupplying, he accidentally fired the 76mm blank and blew the guys on the cougar in front of him off the vehicle. They were on fire and bleeding from their ears. Rangers set up an LZ and marshalled the twin huey in. Guys who were injured were later released with minor injuries.
